- Contact list
Every contact with their company, e-mail and phone, sorted by last name and then first name. There are no criteria, so it shows everyone; use it to look someone up or copy the list elsewhere.
From Contacts. Shows Last Name, First Name, Company, E-mail, Phone.
Forms
Every table has a form of the same name: Contacts. A form shows one record at a time and adds new ones. A field that points at another table is a list of that table's records, and the records that point at this one are listed below it.
Reports
Pages to print or save as a PDF, laid out from a query or a table.
- Phone list
A printed list of every contact by last name, with their phone, mobile and e-mail, to pin up by the phone or keep in a folder.
