Booking-in receipt {Number}

Job number · Booked in · Customer · Phone · Ready by · Technician

Device · Make · Model · Serial number · Colour · Left with it

Fault as described · Quoted price, VAT included

Our terms, in short:

1. If no price is quoted above, we will check the device and tell you the price before we do any work. If we cannot repair it, there is nothing to pay.

2. Please keep a copy of your photos and files. We take care with your data, but a repair can lose it, and we cannot be held to blame for that.

3. When a part has to be ordered in for you, we take its price as a deposit. It comes off your bill, and is kept only if you cancel after the part has arrived.

4. The ready-by date is our best estimate. We will tell you if it moves, and tell you by your chosen way when the device is ready.

5. A device not collected within 90 days of our final reminder may be recycled or sold to cover what is owed. Please bring this receipt, or quote {Number}, when you collect.
