Low stock

Products at or below their own Reorder Level, by name, with the units in stock, the reorder level, the supplier and the supplier's phone. Discontinued products are left out. Run it before you place an order.

From Products, Suppliers. Shows Product, Units in Stock, Reorder Level, Supplier, Phone.

Only where Spare <= 0 and Discontinued = No.

Forms

Every table has a form of the same name: Suppliers, Products, Stock Movements. A form shows one record at a time and adds new ones. A field that points at another table is a list of that table's records, and the records that point at this one are listed below it.

Reports

Pages to print or save as a PDF, laid out from a query or a table.

Products by supplier

Every product under the supplier you buy it from, by name, with its SKU, category, price and units in stock, and the units in stock added up for each supplier and for the whole. Use it as a stock sheet or to check what you buy from whom.

From the table Products, a group for each Supplier: Name, SKU, Category, Unit price, Units in stock, with the total of Units in Stock.
