On loan

Every book still out, which is every loan with no Returned On date, the soonest due back first, with the title and the borrower's name and phone. Those at the top whose date has passed are overdue.

From Loans, Books, Borrowers. Shows Due Back, Title, First Name, Last Name, Phone.

Only where Returned On Is Null.

Forms

Every table has a form of the same name: Books, Borrowers, Loans. A form shows one record at a time and adds new ones. A field that points at another table is a list of that table's records, and the records that point at this one are listed below it.

Reports

Pages to print or save as a PDF, laid out from a query or a table.

Loans by borrower

Every loan under its borrower, by the day it was lent, with the book, when it was due and when it came back, and a count of books for each borrower and for the whole. Returned loans are included, so it is each person's full borrowing history.

From the table Loans, a group for each Borrower: Book, Lent on, Due back, Returned on, with the count of Book.
